urgent requirements for really good and experienced chefs for NEW ZEALAND. Those who have worked abroad or in top hotels with expertise in International cuisine preferred.
Cuisines - If they are qualified to an international standard then they should be able to do everything, but no doubt western style food would be the basic requirement for NZ.
Requirement is across all levels, but initially only the people with good experience.
Locations - the main centres, Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
The contracts will be for two years renewable . This is a NZIS requirement now.
Food and Accomodation: food is provided. Accomm depends on the hotel. Very often most of them provide. But as there is plenty of accommodation, we would help in finding it, but at cost to the applicant.
Qty Requirement - xx - xx
Remuneration is usually about NZD xx - xx per hr upwards with lots of O/T available. Of course, will depend on seniority levels. Depending on the quality of applicants and their experience, we would negotiate the packages for you.
