I’m looking for a land in Kandy area to build my residence. Requirements are as follows.
Size : x.x to x acres.
Distance from Kandy town : Not far than xkm
Land : Bare or with any constructions/projects with no or little value.
I prefer to have a bare land.
Road width : Must be xx foot or more.
Boundary facing road : Must be at least xx foot or more
Water : Spring water must be available.
Land : Must not be affected by soil erosion
Noise : Must be comparatively quiet and suitable for a residence
Electricity : Should be available near by, but no need to have on proposed land.
View : Would be an added value
